CONTRACT MANUFACTURING OF APIs

In two factories in Japan, we manufacture APIs from milligram to ton scales.
From the laboratory scale to the kilogram scale, our laboratory in Amagasaki-City, develops manufacturing methods and analytical methods. The laboratory is responsible for the production control of the APIs to be supplied to Japan, the United States and Europe.
From the kilogram scale to the ton scale, a large APIs factory in Izumiohtsu-City, manufacture APIs in compliance with the global cGMP.

Features of the Kinraku Plant

  • Having the laboratory on site , a comprehensive technical support system from lab scale to kilogram scale is in place.
  • Close information sharing with a client’s R&D enables a smooth technical transfer to production.
  • We also support the development of analytical methods to speed-up a pharmaceutical development, such as the transfer of analytical techniques and analytical validation.
  • Considering the surrounding environment and the work environment of employees, we built a manufacturing facility for high potency active pharmaceutical ingredients with containment design.
  • We have various micronizers according to the characteristics of the powders. We can handle jet mill micronization using nitrogen gas with containment ability.
  • We have a low-temperature reactor (SUS)using liquid nitrogen and a Calss-1 pressure reactor made of Hastelloy.

  • With sufficient staff and technical support from the laboratory, we establish a system that allows a smooth transfer to production not only between our sites but also to client's R&D.
  • Its manufacturing facilities for high potency active pharmaceutical ingredients are among the largest in the world.
  • We have the QC facility dedicated to high potency active pharmaceutical ingredients, which minimizes contamination with other chemical substances.
