We provide the process development service from scale-up production method to industrial manufacturing method, based on our technologies backed by the experiences of contract manufacturing of APIs and intermediates.
In lab-scale validation, we obtain physical chemistry / chemical engineering data using the reaction vessels of geometrical similarity with the manufacturing facilities, for developing scale-up production method in the shortest possible schedule. With the scale-up method, we contribute to speeding up time to market by manufacturing APIs required for drug development and transferring technology to commercial production facilities.
