Oligomer

We employ the liquid phase synthesis method to manufacture oligonucleic acids with an original carrier co-developed with Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology.
Generally, oligonucleic acids are manufactured by the solid phase synthesis, however the method is difficult to scale-up. In contrast, the liquid phase synthesis enables the scale-up in a similar way to small molecular compounds. In addition, quality control can be performed during the synthesis with in-process analysis, thus we can synthesize high-quality oligonucleic acids without using extra auxiliary materials and achieve cost-down in large-scale synthesis.
